Hunter and Gil in early 2018 were having a discussion on what the F they were going to do when the L closes. “How are we going to get the F to work.” “Should we F’n move?” “How F’d are we gonna be.” And so on.
Their first thought to make light of the situation was to create an Escape room where people have to get out of an abandoned L train and get to work. But, they thought, that’s way too hard to pull off, so let’s just make a board game instead. And Escape From Hell was born.
